Refund & Cancellation Policy
Shoot An Arrow Production LLC operates as a professional digital service-based business. All services are customized and delivered digitally. No physical goods are sold.
1. No Physical Products
We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. All services and deliverables are provided in digital format only.
2. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment, provided that work on the project has not yet commenced. Once work has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Due to the customized nature of digital creative services, refunds may not be available once work has commenced or once any digital deliverables have been shared with the client.
4. Advance & Non-Refundable Payments
Advance payments, consultation fees, and milestone-based charges are applied toward confirmed project work and are generally non-refundable once the associated work has begun.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
