5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials remain the intellectual property of Shoot An Arrow Production LLC until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, usage rights are granted as agreed with the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may impact delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shoot An Arrow Production LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse service if project requirements violate applicable laws or platform policies.
